SPEAKER PARTICIPATION TERMS
All speakers must pre-register before 1 May 2017 and pay the registration fee unless exceptions were pre-agreed with the Organisers.
Speakers presenting on behalf of Exhibitor or Sponsor will be provided with a complimentary admission in accordance with agreed sponsorship and exhibitor terms.
Participation costs for speakers who do not present on behalf of sponsor or exhibitor:
• Commercial company or organisation: 600 Euro
• Non-Governmental organisation or Academic body: 250 Euro
• Governmental body or Institution: please enquire
• Investor: please enquire
• Participation in the Gala Dinner: 95 Euro
• Spouses or interpreters accompanying speaker: 150 Euro
• Participation in mine site visit: 250 Euro
SPEAKER REGISTRATION TERMS (Forum 12-13 June): Speaker fee includes one presentation at the Forum on 12 or 13 June; Admission to all forum sessions; Admission to drinks reception on 13 June; Conference bag with the Forum materials; Luncheons and refreshments; Use of simultaneous translation (Macedonian and English); Online access to post-event Forum materials.
SPOUSE REGISTRATION TERMS: The fee includes admission to all forum sessions; admission to drinks reception; luncheons, coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Macedonian and English).
GALA DINNER FEE: Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table; entertainment program during the dinner.
ADVERTISING: All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 23 May 2018 in accordance with the technical specifications (please enquire).
PAYMENT: Admission fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.
ADMISSION: Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION: Speaker will cover his / her own travel and accommodation expenses.
OTHER EXPENSES: Speaker will cover expenses associated with the preparation of the presentation materials.
INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS: Speaker is responsible for observing intellectual rights of the materials used in the presentation. Speaker consents to publishing presentation slides in the delegate materials and online post event report. Speaker consents to recording and broadcasting of the presentation during the Forum. Speaker agrees to communicate in advance all concerns related to the presentation, recording, broadcasting and distribution of the presentation materials by writing to email@example.com (or verbally addressing the organisers when email option is not available).
CANCELLATION: Should you no longer able to present at the Forum, please offer suitable alternative speaker. Speaker replacement can be done at any time at no extra charge (subject to informing organisers by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. Cancellations received before 1 June 2018 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 1 June 2018. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 1 June 2018.

Speaker application cut-off date
In order to market your presentation appearance via the event website and advertising please complete speaker application form before 1 May.
Submit speaker form and arrange payment of the Forum fee prior to the event (applicable to independent speakers who do not present on behalf of sponsor or exhibitor).
Speakers are kindly requested to submit by 1 June firstname.lastname@example.org all presentation materials (slides, articles, annotations) to be included in the Forum materials information packs.
Slides in PPTX, PPT or PDF format to be presented at the Forum must be submitted to email@example.com by 10 June.

Question: Why do the speakers have to pay admission fee?
Answer: The Forum is a commercial and very costly event. The costs are subsidised by the payments received from the Forum participants, exhibitors and sponsors. By choosing to participate present at the Forum speakers will receive additional benefits.
Question: What are the benefits of presenting at the Forum?
Answer: Speakers and panellists are empowered with many opportunities for raising their profile and disseminating information about their projects, ideas, experiences or products to the Forum’s audience. All presenters will have a dedicated profile page with the interactive form created on the Forum website. Other Forum participants will be able to reach speakers before or after the Forum via the form. Speakers’ profiles will also be published in the Forum catalogue. Presentation slides will be included in the material CD packs distributed to all delegates. Majority of the presentations are recorded on video and posted after the Forum on MINEX Forum YouTube channel. To extend further exposure to MINEX Forum’s subscribers, the Forum speakers will also be able to add their profile and publish materials on MINEX Eurasia Mining information portal – www.minexforum.com. Current circulation of MINEXForum.com exceeds 50,000.
Question: In what particular cases speaker’s admission fee can be waved or reduced?
Answer: Speakers who represent exhibitors and sponsors are provided with the admission pass to the Forum event as part of the exhibitor or sponsorship package. Free admission can also be offered to eligible investors and official representatives of the Government departments, Ministries and Embassies.
Question: In what language should I present?
Answer: All sessions of the Forum will be provided with the simultaneous translation from Serbian and English.
Question: Can I present in English and have slides in Serbian or vice versa?
Answer: Yes, you can. Please note that we do not have facilities for organising simultaneous presentation of slides in two languages.
Question: What presentation equipment will be provided?
Answer: The meeting rooms will be equipped with the lectern, clicker to change slides, push to talk microphones for speakers, handheld microphones for Q@As, projector screen, headphones and simultaneous translation transmitters. All presentations submitted by speakers prior to the Forum will be pre-loaded on our computers and ready for on-screen projection.
Question: Are there special rates for accommodation?
Answer:Special discounted rate of 69 Euro per day based on bed/breakfast and including all taxes have been negotiated with the hotel.
